This is the license plate of the kind of person that tailgates you when you are already going 20 mph over the speed limit on a 1 lane street and then refuses to pass when they get an additional lane and when you finally slow down enough to force them to go around you, they give you a dirty look. After tailgating everyone else in traffic and driving like an obnoxious prick, they wind up right back where they started...Next to you at a light.. and slump down in their seat like the coward that they are. In their oversized, overcompensating, mega-truck.
