This douchebag was seen driving a yellow Volkswagen Rabbit (CA license 3SCU045) along westbound I-10 between the 5 and 405 interchange weaving in and out across all lines and cutting off drivers in slow down traffic. He ended up getting stuck behind a semi and getting passed at the time the photos were taken.
