I drove up to ATM at 3:35PM on Feb 10, 2007 to make a deposit, only to find a man standing at the ATM, staring at it. A red SUV was sitting behind him with another male in the driver seat. After 5 minutes of fooling around with the ATM, the male standing there yelled for the driver of the SUV to come over to him. The driver got out of the vehicle & stood staring at the ATM for another 5 minutes, laughing and punching buttons. Finally, after I took a couple of photos of their tag # & of their silly selves, they decided to leave. I suppose they weren't concerned about anyone but themselves and playing with the ATM machine. ??
